ARMED FORCES INITIATIVES

As a veteran owned business we fully understand the role ex servicemen and women can play within society once their time in service is complete.

At SBW we are delighted to support this community through a range of projects aimed at utilising the skills and knowledge gained during your time in service.

FORCES INTO EDUCATION (FIE)

Our Forces into Education Initiative (FIE) offers opportunities for those members of the armed services who have a passion for teaching and education to gain the required skills and qualifications needed to pursue a career in this sector.

Ex-service personnel bring with them a range of skills including discipline, motivation and leadership which transition well into the teaching and education environment.

Through this initiative, personnel with an interest in entering the education profession will be able to apply for support funding to gain the required Adult Teaching qualifications required to work within the sector and through our partners at Pitch2Teach will then be matched up with current vacancies across the UK.

If you're an ex serviceperson interested in entering the sector then please complete the contact form on the website and a member of the SBW team will be in touch.

If you're an employer from the Education & Training sector looking to recruit from the Armed Forces Talent Pool then please email enquiries@smallbusinessworkout.co.uk for details of our recruitment packages.
